Career Opportunities – Training
As a manager in training, you will be introduced to all positions in our restaurants through a comprehensive ten-week training program. You will learn how to toss pasta, how to “pitch” a table, and how to correctly pronounce “Marinara”. Our program consists of general procedures, weekly reviews, special projects and workbook exercises. You will also benefit from attending the Buca University “Coaching College” in our home state of Minnesota, don’t cha know. Buca di Beppo offers leadership training in the following areas:
